Thank Sigmar for how easy this Achievement is this time around since you can run it on the easiest difficulty.
You’ll want a group of four to make this as straightforward as possible, though if need be you can use the Handmaiden’s ability to quickly move across the map and cover two chains.
On the lowest difficulty two heavy attacks should be enough to break each chain. Have your group split up and pick a chain, damage them each a little, then as a group break them all in unison and the Achievement will be yours.
Good hunting. Purge the vermin in flame.
