Written walkthrough for Courtyard Sprint:
There are 9 cages you have to unlock in a specific location, doable solo if you use handmaiden or battle wizard with conc potions. After you go up a ladder with the objective "Reach the Surface" you will be on a wooden platform and there will be a drop and a standard door in front of you leading to the Execution Yard. The first prisoner is in the center of the plaza and this is where the challenge takes place. I am not sure if the timer begins when you enter the courtyard or when you release the first prisoner.
Can be done on any difficulty.

This is trivial on co-op compared to solo. The achievement doesn't start until you open the first cage, so if you have 2-4 people spread out during the cage section you can open it up really quickly without worrying about sprinting through the entire courtyard.
We did it in under 15 seconds with 4 people:
1. First person took the first three, one at the starting area and two just up the first set of stairs
2. The second person took the two in the long stretch after the bridge
3. The third person took the two at the top of the stairs before the end
4. The fourth person took the last two at the bottom of the stairs
