How to unlock the Dwarfs Eye View achievement in Warhammer: Vermintide 2 - Definitive Guide
Mission 2: A Grudge Served Cold
This achievement (and challenge) unlocks for everyone once one person makes it.
Platforming achievement during the final event. Once you take the elevator down you'll have to destroy 6 chains. Turn right from the elevator and you'll see a rock very shortly. This will be the beginning of your way up.
Kill waves of enemies until you are left alone and you can start your journey up. Jump up the first rock, then jump on the next two rocks. You can do this by jumping out of your place and then turning mid air to land on the next ledge. If you try to jump directly, you'll bounce off some rocks. Jump two more times past a rope, then on a vertical pole and into a plank in front of you to find yourself in a tower.
On the left side of the tower there is a diagonal beam. Jump on it, go up, turn left and jump on a plank. Then jump on a next plank next to the rock, you won't fall from it so you can walk around it. Jump on the rock ledge in front of you and then into the end of the beam. Next jump into a rock ledge. You'll see another diagonal beam, you'll have to make a blind jump to land on a ledge next to it, it will be hidden from you. Jump on a ledge next to horizontal beam, then on a pole on your right and into the ledge in front of you. Then climb up onto a small rock with a symbol on a wall, this will give you the achievement.
Video clip below for your convenience. It's not the cleanest (as I'm rather bad at platforming) but you'll see the next steps without any problems.

A much easier way is to use battle wizard and teleport up to the top.

I tried the "normal" method for like 40 min and couldn't even get half way, because it felt like I am constantly slipping off or the game pushes me off at certain times. Long story short, if you have trouble with this, use this way easier Battle Wizard method.
Video below.
You need Battle Wizard, preferably level 30 so that you have Level 30 talent- Burnout (Fire Walk can be activated a second time within 10 seconds) and a Concentration potion can help.
After elevator ride down, I kept killing enemies until they stopped spawning. It doesn't take that long, then jumped up on the rock and teleported up. Very easy. First try.
