Blight-Stormers are chaos sorcerers. Of the two variants of chaos sorcerers in Vermintide 2, they can be differentiated by lack of hoods present on Life-Leechers.
Both variants of sorcerer have relatively low health, and can be killed in a single shot from high-power weapons such as the Empire Soldier's Handgun and Dwarven Crossbow.
This is a relatively easy achievement provided you are lucky enough to encounter a Blight-Stormer, as their principle means of attack is to conjure a vortex near you and your allies.
Using the spot button (default
) helps when attempting to locate enemies through visual effects such as a Blight-Stormers' vortex or Warpfire Throwers' Flamer.

For anyone having trouble figuring out what the achievement actually means, like I was: Kill the blightstormer while he's still casting the storm, before it starts moving or being able to suck up party members. Basically kill one as soon as possible, worth noting that this is basically impossible if you play a melee locked character such as Grail Knight.
