As of 03 June 2021 the achievement has been patched, and is once more obtainable.
This achievements is in the second level of Return to the Uberreik, called Gardens of Morr. Very early on in this level you'll leave Günther Buckhardt's Family Tomb into the Fields of Morr. After dropping down you'll be in (surprise) a field with a small tomb. Behind the tomb is a small wall with metal bars, on top of it is a wooden crate. This crate contains the remains of Grandmother Zingler. In the added video are some tricky jumps to reach these bones. However you can just jump up against the wall and button smash
to attain these bones.
As stated by: DcupsOfJustice:
"If you want to make it much easier use Sienna's first character, stand near the tomb facing the box with the bones, hold LB, aim to the right, and teleport up. No platforming needed. Sienna can get up there for sure without issue."
Continue as normal until you reach Peasant hill. Your objective will change to "reach the citadel". After going up some stairs and under a bridge, there's a small pathway to the left. Near the end of this pathway is an empty coffin. Press to put the bones into the coffin and receive the Last Respects achievement.

I think this achievement is currently bugged. I was able to unlock it on the 7/2/21 but since I’ve been trying it again for a friend and we can’t pick up the bones. I read on a forum that someone thinks it has to do with the engineer Bardon update so that might have bugged it cause it came out about the same time as it stopped working.
