Warhammer: Vermintide 2

Upon completing any stage with any character, you will find a loot box in the centre of the main hub room, upon interacting with and opening it you will find equipment inside of varying levels of rarity, equip these in your inventory to unlock the various item rarity achievements, including this one, which is almost guaranteed to be in your first loot box.
