There are some reports of this needing to be done in one session, so try to get all 50 done at once.
This can be done on Recruit.
The Sleigh can kill trash mob rats when they run into the path that the sleigh is taking. When you first start pushing the sleigh, start trying to get rats in front of it as you push it so that you can get some kills out of the way early. In the second half of the mission, you'll likely have a couple of spots where the sleigh needs to be pushed up a hill. These spots are where you want to farm kills. Carefully push the sleigh up without letting it get to a flat surface, then back away from it and let it slide down the hill. If you have a friend, have them horde up some rats near the bottom of the hill so that the sleigh runs over a bunch of them. This is rather simple to do and only takes a few minutes of farming rats to get the achievement done.
