A Chaos Life Leech is a common special enemy that shows up to grab someone in your party and suck the life out of them.
You'll know that he approaches when a member of your party says "Life Leech lurking", or something of the sort.
If you are the lucky (or unlucky) one that is about to be grabbed, he'll teleport in front of you (or behind you, again, if you are unlucky). You'll hear a spawning sound, and a second later a sound of him about to grab you. If you time it right, and press the
button to dodge, and any direction other than the front, you should successfully dodge the Life Leech's attempt to grab you, and thus earning this achievement.
