Easiest way of this is to play a XBL Ranked match (Evolved mode) with three of your friends. Just tell them to not hit your wall much and hit each other but not you, and you should get this with winning the wave.

Since nobody plays this game anymore, here is a method I used to get this achievement:
I used the double-boxing method. This method is where you have multiple Xbox 360s with the game installed to both consoles from your account, with the two accounts (primary and secondary) having Gold/GPU access. On one console, perform a License Transfer so that your alt account can access the primary account's games on that console where you did a License Transfer. With the other console, use your primary account for that one. You don't need to switch displays if you are using one TV for both consoles. Just make sure the profile that is getting the achievement does not have a hole eliminated on the profile's wall where the other profile can launch a fireball to destroy the profile that is getting the achievement.

There is a rare chance that someone will join your game session if you create one, so try to PM the players who play this game who are still active on Xbox and TrueAchievements to see if they can help you get this achievement and this:
