Good news for those who have two controllers. You can complete this instantly by doing a Vs Players match which you can select in the options. If you do not then i would suggest making a boosting session as i could not find players online with multiple attempts. The online is dead. The achievement will unlock before the match begins.

Flarus Dragon1's solution is good but I would like to add another method people without 2 controllers, since the multiplayer is dead and few people are playing this game even for achievements now.

Since I only have 1 Xbox One controller, I got this achievement by streaming my Xbox One to my Windows 10 Laptop, using "Game Streaming" in the Win10 Xbox app and used a wired X360 controller and my Xbox One controller. This works as the controllers have to be connected to the Windows 10 computer, which accepts X360 controllers.
If you need help with Game Streaming then lookup the Microsoft help page on the subject.

This method will work for ANY game as long as you have:
- Xbox One
- Windows 10 Computer
- Both Xbox One and Windows 10 computer on the same Network
- 2 wired controllers (X360, micro-USB Xbox One, unsure of compatibility with PS controllers etc.)
