To unlock "Revenge of the Fox", you must have already completed "Escape from the Mystic Realm". Once you beat that level, speak to the same generic soldier by the blacksmith, and it'll open up a stage called "Disturbance in Liang Province". Once you beat that and "In Search of the Self", you will open up "Revenge of the Fox" to play.

After you've completed the Main Story and unlocked Kyubi (see Heroes from Beyond) speak to the soldier at camp by the Blacksmith. This will unlock a small storyline featuring Kyubi, complete it to unlock this trophy.
