1. People got bored with the seemingly endless grind that is all the achievememts on this game.
2. People are lazy
Now that the fun is out the way lets talk business.
The first thing you need to do is start a Gauntlet Mode Campaign. You'll be required to pick a team of 5 characters. If you already played or started a story mode, you should be able to pick them. If you're brand new, I believe the game gives you a default/random 5 characters.
Play the tutorial (or not) and then you'll be at base camp. Press the start button and scroll down to Begin Advance and select it. Notice in the top right of the screen you'll see a keystone box. You can use these to access new levels. On your first playthrough you will ONLY have access to the levels that require Red Keystones. You must Clear Stages 1-4 and beat the final boss.
But wait there's more...
Congrats you finished Gauntlet Mode. Now, start a New Game+ on your Gauntlet Mode Campaign to now have access to the Yellow Stone Levels!
Rinse and repeat the previous paragraph 2 MORE TIMES
The path you take to get to the final stage doesn't matter, as long as you get there.
When you are on your 4th New Game+ you should now have access to all the keystones: Red, Yellow, Teal and Purple.
Now that you have access to all the keystone stages all you have to do is clear them.
There are 4 Stages of Gauntlet mode and 8 levels per keystone per stage and you will need to unlock them and clear them to progress in the completion of this achievement. You'll need to clear all 128 levels of Gauntlet Mode to win this achievement. The name of the level has no value for this achievement.

Gauntlet Mode is a new mode in Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate, it features stages of ever increasing difficulty. To complete the storyline in you'll have to complete the stages and then complete the final stage of that level to progress onto the second, third and finally the fourth. Finally after defeating Hundun in the fourth level you will have beaten the storyline, upon returning to Gauntlet Mode you'll notice you'll have the "Play from Beginning" select it to begin New Game+.
Now if you've noticed in your initial playthrough you were acquiring and using only Red keystones, upon entering playthrough 2 you will acquire a Yellow keystone which will now allow you to unlock, play and complete stages requiring them. To unlock the Cyan and Purple keystones you must complete the main storyline a third and finally a fourth time respectively.
Your best course of action is to simply speed through playthroughs 1, 2 and 3 with the sole intention of beating the storyline. Once you reach playthrough 4 this is where you can finally start unlocking characters for The Ties that Bind, completing requests for Charitable Contributions and now with access to all 4 color Keystones, working towards completing all stages.
Storyline/Stage Speed-Run Tips
The only requirement in completing stages is to escape, use the suggestions below to fly through stages and quickly complete the storyline.
• Demon Eye (Formation Skill) - Use this to quickly identify the escape point to complete the stage.
• Max Speed / Hi-Speed (Formation Skill) - Use this to increase your characters' speed for quicker journey to escape points.
• Charm of Alacrity (Equip Item) - You can also use this to increase your characters' speed for quicker journey to escape points.
• Getaway (Formation Skill) - Teleports you immediately to the Escape Point.

• Pressing 
in Gauntlet Mode allows you to switch between 3 different camera heights.
• If the Dragon Portal icon is small it has not yet been activated, if it's big then it has already been activated.
Character Team Abilities
Each character has a Character Team Ability that provides a special effect for the whole team. Each character's Team Ability can be identified in the 'Officer Info' menu of the pause menu at camp (
Move Details).
Special Attacks
Each character has a two Special Attacks (
& 
+ ) most are offensive but a few characters have Defensive/Support type special attacks that help with staying alive. Characters' Special Attacks can be identified in the Officer Info menu of the pause menu by pressing .
Equip Items
Equip Items help better a character even further, two item slots per officer are initially available with an additional four the next two times you promote them.

Weapon Attributes
Weapon Attributes are applies using Weapon Fusion at any Blacksmith, this is what's going to make a characters individually strong and better offensively.

Simply clear all the stages once. You can use the "Demon Eye Formation" to locate the exit right at the beginning of the stage, then go straight for it.

Demon eye formation - the Demon eye ability (shows where the exit point is on the map) is available after recruiting 60 officers.
So don’t run past, it’s better to kill them and pick up the crystal from them, so you’ll quickly get the desired formation, which will speed up the passage.
