To first off get on your horse press the Up button on your D-Pad and this will call the horse to your side. Once mounted and you have the blue bar and Musou bar glittering away at you, (to fill this just keep battering away at enemies). Also press down on your d-pad to bring out your allies (not sure if this is required but they were out when i unlocked this achievement). When ready pull both LT and RT at the same time and this will use the mounted True Triple Attack

Thanks for the solution. Got it straight away. Just to add, you don't need to bring out your allies, they just appear on hordes when you pull the LT and RT triggers. I didn't have my guys out when I did it. Thanks again, liked btw.
