The Tiltrenian hunt is the introductory mission to the Trackers guild. You have to hunt down the she-wolf Sikha and her pack, which is 2-3 other normal wolves.
After accepting the hunt you'll be told the body is north of the stables. All you have to do is go to the body and click it for a short pop up to appear, and after that appears there will be a red trail of blood you have to follow that leads to the wolves current location. Finish the hunt and return to the Trackers for the achievement.
