In order to do this go to the Vertuse pit and select the Weak Bearings challenge, then all you have to do is hit a target first to put them off balance and then use Deafening Roar from the Brute level 12 skill. Make sure there is room for them to go 10 meters. The right bottom most target can go 10 meters right and a character can start next to him there so just place your guy there, hit once and then roar.
