Pretty easy once you understand it. Basically save this for last out of the tavern dlc as you want the most possible patrons per turn. On xbox if you press the select button and then RB it shows you all the patrons who have visited your tavern including their current affinity (how aligned with their values the tavern is and therefore how likely that faction is to appear) as well the overall amount of that faction you've served.

You basically need to serve 100 of each faction to receive that factions gift. You will naturally get most of these through your dlc playthrough so once this is the last achievement go on that page, see who is under 100 overall visitors and target them.

Each factions have preffered dishes and drinks and each faction will have a requirement to show up. For example I didn't have the guard visit until extremely late because they only shown up if there's really cheap drinks on the menu.

Target the individual ones and you'll get the achievement. If you have left over renown you can use "next shift" to skip having to rest but it doubles in renown cost every time you use it however this resets when you rest properly so when I got impatient I skipped two shifts, slept at an Inn and skipped two shifts.

That's about it, I was waiting for this for a long time before I properly looked in the menus and saw the patrons visited and there preferences. I couldn't find a guide so I added, this is my first ever guide so go easy :)
