This is extremely easy to get, yet still has a very low unlock rate. It’s better to do with a troop size of 4 and can be done right at the start of the game.
Go to the apothecary in Stromkapp and steal or buy the 2 potions (Strength Oil and Sharpening Oil). Wait about a day or so for the stock to replenish and steal or buy them again. Set up camp and apply the oils to each character. All done!

This achievement is misleading., Not only need you your whole group equiped with oiled weapons but you need to actually apply oil on a t least one non-oiled weapon. Maybe changing oil on on an already oiled weapon works too, I didn't try.

Good to know thanks! If anyone is reading this and didn’t know, as you level the Mysteries and Wisdom Path, you’ll be able to put 2 oils on each weapon. Don’t sleep on the oils! They’re easy to make and they’re permanent, unless replaced.
