Very simple achievement. You can accept contracts from Taverns/Inn's. In this case you want to accept one that will have you "Exterminate Rat Infestation." After accepting the contract, head over to the marked area to deal with the rats and after clearing the invasion, the achievement will pop!

Technically, you can combine it to get multiple achievements at once!
