Achievement is a bit misleading and actually requires 10 completed bounties in co-op. Tracking confirms this with a 10% tick per completion.
This doesn't require any special kind of bounty, just any job from the inn board and will count as soon as each is completed rather than turned in for the reward.

If you got PC and Xbox , game pass ultimate, can do it yourself. Just make Xbox your main HOME console and make another account for Xbox , then you can connect to PC.
