There’s a few steps required to get this achievement:

1) You’ll need to assign someone the tinker profession (Archer is good for the Crit chance) and craft the cooking pot. Take it from your inventory and place it in camp.

2) Then you’ll need to assign someone as a cook (tank is good for the constitution).

3) Steal (assign a Ranger for dex bonus) or buy the Culture Shock recipe from the Stromkapp Inn. While you’re there also buy or steal the Apple Pancake food item and 6x Brandy, unless you already have brandy.

4) Go to Old Wilbert’s Sheepfold, which is south of Stromkapp and West of Lund Farm. I had to bless the lady there with 10 inches of wood and in return she rewarded me with the recipe for Mutton Stew.

5) Now you’ll need to get your Cook to “Experienced”. You can make Bread and learn some other basic recipes like Grilled Pork, Wolf Sausage, Pike Stew, medium rare mutton etc. you’ll need to buy a lot of salt, mutton, and ingredients so maybe make a save so you can load back after. Once you’re an Apprentice cook you can make the Mutton Stew which gives a lot of xp and you’ll be Experienced very fast.

6) Cook the Culture Shock feast, which requires 1 Mutton Stew, the apple pancake from earlier, and 6x Brandy. Eat it. All done!
