This doesn’t have to be 2,000 krowns profit, so as long as you have enough money you can buy all the trade goods and sell them back and repeat to the same vendor (just to get the achievement). To actually make a profit you need to buy what you can from 1 region and sell it to a vendor in another region.
The marketplace vendor tends to gives a better price than selling it to the blacksmith, for example. So buy and sell between the markets to maximize profit. I did notice the Brotherhood gives good prices sometimes. Check your trade log to see what you bought and sold for previously so you know if you’re getting the best deal.
