You must earn Freyja's Hex card from the level 6 Dark Forest mission.
Start a new mission with Freyja's Hex in your deck, it will cost 8 points to use in battle.
Change an enemy into a frog with your units around it and quickly move those units onto the tile the frog is on or jumping to.

In order to do this, you need to acquire "Freyr's Hex" card/spell. You get this by completing the "Dark Forest" level a second time. Once you've obtained the Hex, make sure it is equipped in your Deck Manager and then load up whichever level you like.
The card costs 8 battlepoints, so make sure you have enough before attempting. When you do, position one of your units close to an enemy unit, use the Hex card on the enemy (make sure the card is in your hand), and as they turn into a frog, simply step on them with your unit. This'll unlock the achievement.
