How to unlock the Bunker Buster achievement in Wasteland 3 - Definitive Guide

While exploring the world map east of Colorado Springs you'll get a radio call about finding Morningstar at Union Station. When you reach him, say you'll destroy the cognitive engine but instead of finishing the job just keep stalling. Pretty soon you'll explode and be rewarded with an alternate ending complete with a song.

Is anyone else having troubling unlocking this? I complete the required steps and the False ending plays but the achievement does not unlock.

You can get it by completing a quest in Union Station (issued through a radio call).
Spoilers below.

A certain Morgenstern will call you with a request to rescue him from prison. It will turn out to be an AI that will ask you to kill it. Regardless of the decision (we kill, or talk about extermination), we climb into the hood. The robot will begin to complain about pain, here we need to show compassion and insist that we can find another way (the top option in the dialogue). After which an explosion and credits will follow, the trophy will drop out

An important nuance, you MUST watch the video with the song to the end, only then will they give you a trophy, this is such nonsense that I thought it was a glitchy trophy, unfortunately the video cannot be skipped or skipped.
