How to unlock the Body Builder achievement in Wasteland 3 - Definitive Guide

At the Denver Airport there is a doctor who offers you “enhancements” when you talk to him. Ask him about the enhancements and then purchase the Cyborg mod from him for just over $1000.

Pick a character to install the Cyborg mod on, select it from your inventory and you’ll get yourself an achievement!

this is missable if you do not transfer Valor to the Commune

You can get this on the way through the Airport the first time before making the Valor choice.

I sent the Reagan AI to Ranger HQ, and when I went back to see if I could get this, the robot sold me the cyborg mod.

Denver, Airport location, where robots live. After the dialogue, the local doctor has an improvement for sale that gives the talent “Cyborg”, the cost is around $1000-1200 apiece
