you can take him to the Snowed Inn Resort and you can fix the toaster found down the rightmost path (the one before the gates). Inside will be a Token of Minerva, which will cause the Provost to engage you in a conversation (in Latin, of course). He will eventually say "Minervae autem noctua custos, coniungere nobis. Venite ad cor montis." (Guardian of Minerva and the Owl, join us. Come to the Heart of the Mountain). So he is inviting you to the heart of the mountain. He is an uncontrollable companion but doesnt follow you everywhere. Sometimes he disappears but when you enter a new area he is there again. He doesnt engage in combat that often, he has a decent small arms weapon and enemies seem to ignore him when the full team is not incapacitated. So dont worry about losing him.

In order to unlock this you need to have at least upgraded your vehicle chassis to level 2, which can be bought from your garage mechanic after the Full House quest. And you also need a character with Toaster Repair level 7. Here are the steps:
1. Get The Provost in the Warrens located at the Bizarre. He can be found in one of the frozen doors, unfreeze by fixing the generator and accessing the computer or just use fire (weapon or grenade should suffice). Once you talk to him he will speak in Latin and follow you around. You MUST keep him alive.
2. On the World Map, go to the Snowed Inn Resort, which is in the North West direction from Colorado Springs, once you get past the Cannibal Jamboree, head south. Once at the Snowed in Resort, immediately head to the path on the right and kill the Baddies and repair the Toaster in the room upstairs. This will give you the Owl of Minerva token, make sure to grab it. You will know you are on the right track as The provost will speak in Latin again.
3. Go back to the World Map and head up all the way North, eventually the path will lead to The Mysterious Cave. Go in and go all the way down into the cave, you will see a short cut scene and the achievement will unlock.
Note: The Provost will no longer be following you after this.

are there any collectibles in the cave.....? for some reason he disappeared and he definitely did not die.... i was going for all the cassettes this playthrough and dont want to restart....
