This achievement is done on the Loading Dock and Research Levels. You need to collect Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonnaise, and the 1000 Island Dressing Recipe to complete this achievement.

The correct answer is the Moose and Squirrel. They will then hand over the Mayonnaise and 1000 Island Dressing Recipe. However, if you get the answer wrong, they will commit suicide and you can still get the Mayo and Recipe from their corpses.
Research Level:
The Ketchup is found in the south of the Genetic Research Lab in a metal tin. There is also a Special Sauce recipe. DO NOT MAKE THIS as it will prevent you from being able to make the 1000 Island Dressing.
You can find the Mustard in a Mound of Shit just to the east of the Hydraulics Control Room. You have to dig all the way through it in order to get the mustard. You will also find the R&D Meeting Tape #783 which will tell you that the Moose and Squirrel are the worst enemies (which you need to know if you want to keep Boris and Natasha alive).

This should be marked as missable. Don't go into the particle accelerator room. For me it triggered a conversation and locked the door behind me. After that I couldn't use the Hydraulics Control Room
