This one is earned by bringing the golden toaster to life on the altar at The Toaster Repair Academy. No more than 8 Toaster Repair is needed to earn the achievement (at least on Ranger difficulty; I think the numbers are static across all difficulties, though).
To get this, you have to repair toasters in various locations* and loot them of their golden components. Once you have all the golden components in your inventory all at once (meaning don't sell any of these, even though they're valuable), a dialogue will come up that has you assemble the components into a toaster (no skill check needed), which then adds the location of The Toaster Repair Academy to your Colorado map. The altar inside is where you'll put the golden toaster, and a surge of energy will bring it to life, granting you the achievement and the golden toaster companion Courageous.

*I haven't tracked the components locations, their names, or their numbers, since I didn't intend to write the guide ahead of time. One is for sure somewhere in Colorado Springs (I believe it's a gold power cord for the toaster), and then the last one I got to get the directions to TTRA were at the Knox Bison Ranch, the toaster is located up in the loft of the barn, 7 Toaster Repair required for it.
