In the factory level you will find a guy named Keith behind a fire trap on a pressure plate. He will ask you to step on the plate so he can escape. Select a party member and step on the plate. As he will be walking down the corridor, step away from the plate so the fires can ignite, resulting in killing him. Achievement unlocked but reload your save and help him escape as killing him can void this achievement:

You'll find Keith on the Factory Level. He's sitting on a pressure plate which is used to keep the flame jets from turning on and you'll need to relieve him of this duty. Choose one party member to stand on the pressure plate and Keith will walk between the flame jets to leave the area. Step off the plate as he is near the jets and he'll burn, netting you this trophy.
I'd suggest saving first so that you can reload in order to obtain the trophy for not killing anyone:

During the "Working Stiff" quest given by Oluwademilade in the Admin area of Steeltown you will be given the job of Fire Suppression Expert and you will need to find the previous Fire Suppression Expert, Keith.
Keith is located in the North East of the Factory area in the Office of Fire Suppression. When you get here you can relieve Keith of his duties by standing on the panel that he is occupying which is currently suppressing the fire jets in the area.
In order to get the achievement simply stand on the panel and wait for Keith to walk in between one of the fire jets and then step off the panel, resulting in Keith's death and your unlocked achievement.
