How to unlock the It Finally Does Something achievement in Wasteland Remastered - Definitive Guide

When creating a character at the start, make sure you roll an intelligence score of 18.

Scroll through the pages of skills, and find and choose "Combat Shooting".

In the PC version of the original game, this skill was added as a choice, but wasn't actually coded in to do anything during the game.

Now, apparently, it does 😊

Achievement Unlocked!

You have to scroll through several pages of skills by going down the list with the DPad (or press cursor down on PC).

It looks like they could've easily fit more skills on one page, but for some reason they didn't bother!

If you scroll down and still dont see the skill, just create the character, then delete it, then try again. 😁👍

Anyone having difficulty getting it to pop. I cleared out the prebuilt party then created 4 characters with the skill. Still not popping for me.

When starting the game, add "Combat Shooting" as one of your skills, then as soon as you finish creating your character you will get a free achievement. This is a little easter egg added to the game as they forgot to code this skill into the original game so it was available but had no actual use. Now you can use it to unlock an achievement! But that's it, it still has no effect in the game.
