How to unlock the Phat Lewt achievement in Wasteland Remastered - Definitive Guide

Obtained in 2nd level of sleeper base you first have to get secPass B from finishing Finster's mind maze at Darwin Project. Then go to 2nd level of sleeper base to the room that looks like it has several pods in it. Open the door with secPass B then there is an energy wall use str, TNT, or plastic explosives 4 times in the same place to finally break the wall. Achievement popped for me as soon as the wall broke

The vault in Sleeper Base is a large glass-encased room with seven pods that look like they have humans inside (in reality it is just suits of armor). You need to have SecPass B to open the door to this room. You can't get that without SecPass 7, so complete the story events in Sleeper Base first, then go to Project Darwin where you'll get the pass for the door and return. You'll also need to have at least 4 TNT items to blow up the glass partition. Once you do that and enter the room, the achievement will unlock.
