Las Vegas is located Northwest of the map and you begin the game in Southeast, be careful with the river torrent waiting to suck you down and the mortal radiation in the Darwin Village.
Follow the map bellow, you begin in the Ranger Center, use one of the two bridges in middle of the map to cross the river and arrive in Las Vegas and enter the city for the achievement.
