For this achievement, you simply need to use your Profiler to identify 100 Enemies, this can either be done with your Phone or by hacking into a Camera and profiling them that way.

This can be stacked over multiple retries. Got it in 5 Minutes on the Open your World mission when the police are looking for you. Just use the gadget and reload last save.

The easiest way I found to do this was to go to a gang hideout. Start the mission and hack a camera.
Using the camera just zoom in and look at all the bad guys in the restricted zone (probably 5-10). When you have looked at them all, back out of the camera using B and walk into the red zone to get detected. You will get shot and killed, but this will start the mission over again. Just rinse and repeat!

You will probably get this just from normal play, early in the game.
Any time you are doing a mission that involves groups of enemies, such as hacking a ctOS center or invading a gang hideout, find cover while undetected and hack security cameras. Whenever the camera spots an enemy, it'll "mark" them so you'll be able to track their position after you finish with the cameras. You only need to "view" 100 enemies this way, with a camera, to get the trophy.
There is a skill that lets you craft an item to "ping" an area and tag all enemies. I am not sure whether or not that counts, because I got the trophy before getting that item. I will update the guide if anybody can confirm whether or not those "tags" count.
