I would like to note this guide was an edited version of a guide made at PS4 trophies.

For this Achievement there is a total of 23 songs 3 thats are story related, 3 that must be hacked from pedestrians, and 17 that can be found in stores or hacked from pedestrians with the music icon.

3 Hackable only songs
-Blvck and White (Feat. SRH)
-Dark Steering
-Ms. Crumby

I would like it if anyone finds these songs on a pedestrian to say which part of the city they were found in as they may or may not be location based.

3 Story mode songs

Act 2, Mission 11 - C.R.E.A.M.
Act 3, Mission 7 - Jesus Built My Hot Rod
Act 4, Mission 4 - Conduction (Santiago & Bushido Remix)

SONGSNEAK

17 songs can be obtained by using the SongSneak App within a building that is playing the song. All songs listed below can also be obtained by hacking pedestrian’s phones.

NOTE: The playlist order each store uses is randomized every time you enter, but they will always play the songs listed below in one order or another. If the song you need is not playing when you walk in to a store, simply stand and wait for it to play. Do Not Press X to Change Tracks. Doing so will only play a song you already have unlocked.

NOTE 2: A song listed with a star ( * ) next to it’s name is needed for the achievement.

I found Ms Crumby in the loop in a straight line west of the hideout, centrally between the 2 train stations.

I searched a long time for Ms. Crumby and that worked for me:

Online free roam... Walked around 10min in "the loop" area and nothing...
Drove to "The Wards", because I read somewhere, that in this area people had luck finding hackable songs. After a short while I drove to the restaurant at the bridge bordering on another district. A women was sitting on the steps to a front porch on the other side from the restaurant. It was the last song I needed. I really hope that helps someone.
In general I think joining a free roam session is the way to go if youdon't find the song in the campaign.

I found the song dark steer in the loop - fast travel hideout to the left side - and to the area to the right of the hideout with a checkin spot. Flags on the sidewalk lights say city hall. Walk in the park area scanning people and I found it on a girl walking in the middle

I'm wondering, is it possible to join a free roam session and have somebody queue up a specific song on their playlist and play it over some hacked wifi speakers, so then another person could use the song sneak app and get it? I've been looking for Blvck and White (Feat. SRH) for about 6 hours. Then I read a bunch of comments from people saying that they unlocked it early in the game so they suggested looking in Parker Square around the stadium. I ran around the stadium 2 times and found it. Just be sure to profile every person on the street

I hate this achievement so much. I only need one more song (Blvck and White), and I just can't find it.

I've spent hours just walking around different areas, scanning everyone, and nothing. What's so frustrating is that there's nothing I can do to speed it up. No skill involved, no work I can do to help. It's pure luck, and that's what makes it both tedious and frustrating. I wish more people had complained to Ubisoft about this achievement back in the day, so that it could've been patched like the drinking games to make it easier and less luck based.

if anyone out there has any tips on getting that last song, that isn't just "go to this area and scan everyone" because I've spent hours at every area people have recommended here or on other sites, then please tell me because this achievement is driving me crazy.

Of course I find it a couple hours after that last comment of mine.

I'm still not sure if any of the methods posted online (certain locations, online free roam etc) actually make any difference, or if it's all just random luck, but after spending 5 or 6 hours (possibly more) looking for my last song offline, I spent about an hour in online free roam and I eventually found it. For the record, I found it in The Loop.

Can anyone confirm if this achievement can gotten after you have finished the game? I have finished the game and all side missions and the only song I haven't gotten was the Dark Steering one. I have been walking around for hours and the only things that comes up as a highlighted hack are bank accounts no music ones. I've been trying for about 4 hours now.

Anyone having trouble might want to look for the hackable songs in Online Free Roam. As suggested by another solution, I went to Online Free Roam and found Blvck and White in The Loop in about 10 minutes.
Side note: I did not waste any time in my single player campaign looking for it, so maybe this is the best strategy.

I had finished the game and still needed 2 songs. One of them was "The Bottom", which I found in the Mad Mile gun shop as described in this guide. The last one was "Ms. Crumby", which I hacked off a pedestrian sitting on a bench outside the clothing shop in the Mad Mile. I was not in Online Free Roam when I did this.

same as many, many people I was missing blvk and white. Found it while doing laps around the baseball field (its in parker square). Took me like 3 hours, but commenters are right; keep at it and you will eventually find it. make sure you profile everyone you can. The guy I found carrying it was walking across the street from the baseball stadium.

Just a note, if you don't want to listen to each and every song, you can just reload your previous checkpoint. It will put you in a spot close to the building, and a new song will be playing every time. It's random, but I still found it quicker than just sitting there waiting for each song to end.

When I enter any establishment, only one song keeps playing. I had to reload my last checkpoint each time, spawn not far away and walk in again with different song playing.

This solution is great, I just want to add one more thing to ease your lives little bit. These 3 hackable songs can be very easily be obtained in Bad Blood DLC (if you own it...). Chances to hack these songs from random people are way bigger. I was already done with this achievement, but hacking pedestrians would still pop me these songs. So in about 20 minutes of hacking I found all of these 3 songs. Hope it helps.

I looked for hours and hours for Blvck and White in offline mode and found nothing. It was my last song. I looked mainly around the stadium and on the boardwalk/waterwalk south of The Loop. Finally, I went into online free roam and looked around the stadium and found it in two minutes! So try going in online free roam people! And thanks to the people before me who suggested it!

I got the achievement as well (took me only couple hours) and can confirm that:
1. by following FastLifeFathead guide above I was able to get "Dark Steering" on my 1st attempt exactly in front of the City Hall
2. by following Warboy925 guide I found "Blvck and White (Feat. SRH)" on the promenade on my 3rd or 4th lap

i got the black and white song at the baseball stadium, a guy called tony mimen, who perfoms in a cover band aged 60 wearing a tan baseball cap and dark coat, occupation mail delivery.

I got all 3 in the space of 20 minutes by running around Mad Mile like a headless chicken scanning every single person in view. it seems to be a numbers games: the more you scan in a short time, more likely the game will feed that pedestrian data in.

Don't waste your time trying to get this with a friend online. When my friend hacked the radio with the song and I tried to scan it, it didn't work and was playing other songs for me. You need to get it by yourself

Found dark steering finally on the loop on the park to the right of the left hideout. Found it on a private free roam session at night time. It takes time and i recommend for everyone that is having trouble with this achievement to search the pedestrians songs in online sessions. It took me a long time but if you keep trying you will get it.

after almost 15 hours (in 2 days) dedicated to picking up the song Ms. Crumby, I got it at Navy Pier in Mad Miles, at the entrance in front of the newspaper store. I looked everywhere described in several guides and videos, but really very random and uncertain the location

As of 6/19, I found the Navy Pier to be the most ideal place to look for the music. I got Blvck & White as well as Ms Cream within an hour of each other after looking in the game for a bit.
Things I dont know if helped:
-Did this toward the end of act 3 (Aka: 'Unlocking' Pawnee
-I would warp back to the nearby Hideout after each full loop. I also found Ms Cream in the nearby X park to the pier.

I just found my last song (Black and White Feat. SRH) down East of Brandon Docks, to the right of the middle bridge (not at the bridge, just to the right side of it on the map) literally outside the building/scrapyard where there's a Burner Phone collectible. Below the 8 grey circles with lines through them (buildings).

Got C.R.E.A.M. before act. 2 mission 11. So for me it wasn't mission specific. Don't know where though...sorry. And my act.3 only goes to mission 6. Think 7 is a typo. During mission 5 ...I tried to hack song during fight, it showed me a red X. After mission 5 was complete I checked and it was counted.

Something I realized when I finally found Ms. Crumby: people with music do NOT show up under Profile Optimization. You have to scan everyone the hard way.

By about Act 1 Mission 3 I had 20 songs. I got all of them by fully stocking up on crafting material then hacking people for cash so I could buy all the guns and cars. Around 1 in 10 people didn’t give me cash, they gave me a song instead. I never got the same song twice. If I had known you could go to certain locations and “listen” to the song to get it I would have done that to get cash off more people. But at least I don’t have to run round after a specific song.

FINALLY UNLOCKED THIS S_IT

Probably the most annoying achievement I've ever unlocked.

Some considerations:

- You don't need to hack or scan songs listed on the story Mode, just complete the missions and go ahead.

- There aren't sure locations to songs you have to hack, differently from tutorials you find on Yt. Personally, I've hacked from an NPC at least 1 song listed as "SongSneak".

- I've tried to respawn everytime using the fast travel when I wanted to SongSneak a song at some place. The trick some tutorials indicates of disabling all your playlist seems to be unuseful at least for this purpose.

Played this game earlier in 2014 and finally it is now completed. Good luck guys.

Spent hours trying to get them all, but achievement is broken and stuck at 95% and I crossed check I got them all and the progress in game. What a horrible broken game. For anyone reading in the future, for your own sanity, down start this game.

Same here. I got all the songs, but my tracker says 95%, as well (96% on the mobile app). I'll just keep playing and earn all the other achievements, and it should unlock eventually. If it doesn't, I'll start a new game once I unlock all the others.

I just found "Blvck and white" song after 10 hours to search.

My method :
Go to Online --> go walking no matter where you come from in the direction of Mad Miles near the coffee.
If u don't find the song after 15 min, shut ur game and restart this process.

For anyone trying this the first 20 songs are easy. The last three are completely random. It took me two hours of searching for the three hackable songs. Public online free roam is the way to go. Good luck hunting!

Those 3 that require hacking pedestrians are a bitch. I ended up finding all three under the exact same circumstances, not saying my method will work for everyone as it may be purely anecdotal, but anything is better than wandering aimlessly right?

What I did each and every time was wander around getting frustrated and killing whoever decided this achievement was a good idea in my head. Eventually my frustration peaked, and I backed out to the home screen and fired up Hulu or Netflix and watched a show or two. I didn't kill the game, so it was still on in the background. All three times after I jumped back into the game I found one of the three missing songs within minutes.

Again...might work...might not...who knows? Worst case scenario got to watch some TV though.

I finally got this damn achievement and the completion on this shite. I tried all the spots people have pointed out with no luck so I just started walking across the whole damn map and ended up getting it in brandon docks.

If you're struggling with this my advice is to just stick with it. I sank way more time into looking for this than I'm ready to admit haha.

ok, so for people who are still trying to get this done:

i spent about 6 hours walking round etc on my old save with no luck. i restarted the game up until about act 1-3 where you finally get into free roam. got Ms Crumby third song in the Loop, spent about an hour in Mad Mile dock and got Dark Steering, and another couple of hours around the stadium and finally got Blvck and White. now just to re-do the story until i get the other 3! also, i was in Free Roam when i got all 3

Regarding
"3 Hackable only songs-Blvck and White (Feat. SRH)"

I found "Blvck and White (Feat. SRH)" in the same place in the Xbone and the 360 versions, in The Loop, there is a privacy invasion icon in the very NW corner, where a girl is texting her friend about leaving her BF......hack the BF sitting next to her on the right for the song...

Update: found a great spot for all 3 hack-civilans only songs.......if you look on your map, at the very SE corner of The Loop, you will see a thin black shape along the bottom....that is a promenade that goes along the water, there are a lot of people there no matter what time of day or how the weather is, I found 2/3 songs there....if you don't find any songs when you run a "lap" of the promenade, exit out of the game and restart it, a song should pop up soon....

Finally found Ms Crumby after at least 5 hours of searching. Here is what I have learned:
My final song was on a Blume affiliate lady who I manually profiled (auto profile upgrade didn't identify her).
It was at night time, during clear weather, located east in the loop, just 100m south of the outdoor theatre and 200m west of the wharf that has a hotspot on it (has chess and shell game nearby). The lady was walking along a footpath on the main road there.
The automatic profiler upgrade does NOT show at least the final song you need, so you have to manually profile everyone unfortunately, this means you must be on foot.
I spent an hour in the docks, an hour in the wards, an hour in Parker square an hour in mad mile, and two hours at least in the loop.
As far as I can see from all other comments it is completely random where you find it.

Figured I'd throw my results in here after 12 hours of searching, just found Blvck and white in the skyscraper complex near the middle bridge between mad mile and the loop. I started when it was raining but found the song in the middle of the day with no cloud coverage and it was a man in a trench coat walking up the stairs

I needed Dark Steering and Black & White on the main campaign, achievement tracker at 91%. Then I found Dark Steering in Bad Blood and the achievement tracker hasn't changed. Had 21/23 songs by the time i finished the campaign. No matter what i did, i just couldnt find the last 2. Took your advice and started up a new game. Progressed enough in the story (not even halfway through the 1st Act iirc), got the necessaries out the way and headed to the Navy Pier in the Mad Mile district. Kept looping around the pier scanning people and newsstands until i got all the 3 hackable only songs, and about 16 songs in total. Noticed i wasnt getting anymore opportunities to hack songs from pedestrians so i looked at which shops/city activities were playing the remaining songs and headed for them to get the remaining songs left.
tldr; if youve already beaten the campaign and are struggling with finding the remaining song(s) for this achievement, restarting your campaign works and saves time (should take 2-4 hrs give or take to find the 20/23 non-campaign related songs).

I finally got the achievement in this very comment section after literal hours of roaming endlessly, so I’m gonna try to help you guys out, I was missing the freaking ‘Dark Steering’ song and I tried pretty much everything, after I read that people had good luck finding it in Free Roam, you may have already heard it before, but after hours literally running on Chicago end to end in the Single Player Campaign, I said ‘screw it, why not?’ and popped in an Online Free Roam Session, I travelled to Parker Square via train and just ran two laps around the stadium, and some random girl with a latte had it, I found her in the Northeast corner of the stadium, you know, with the city hotspot being the southeast corner, in front of the Fire Dept., I was so happy I killed her with my Piledriver out of sheer joy, then I had to escape a Police Scan for killing her and I ended up getting another achievement! The one that you have to escape 15 Police Scans. So yeah, I’m not saying this is the 1000% fool-proof method of getting it, but it worked for me after hours and tons of frustration. I hope you don’t have to go through anything like that like I did, but in case you did and you already spent hours looking for it, I really hope this helps you out, and if you haven’t, well, I hope you only look for it like five minutes or so, because it really is a pain in the ass. Best of lucks everyone, don’t give up, you will eventually find it! ;)

After scavenging through every single forum post on this shitty achievement i came across one on truetrophies that said the songs are a lot more rare if youve beat the story so after 10 hours of absolutely no progress i gave up and started a new game because i had nothing to lose and within 2 hours of starting the new save (like half of that was beating story missions to unlock scan upgrade) i have all 3 shitty hack pedestrian songs just by searching the same places i was before and 18/23 total just by scanning people so if you guys are at a dead end like i was its defo worth starting a new game, just need to run through story again and visit a couple shops and im done with the disaster. i didnt bother hacking bank account people just hacked cars, components and the songs to get them all out the loot pool

Finally got the last three I needed for this achievement on 07-09-22. Oddly, one of the songs ended up being hackable for me, which was "Lost Boys" by Summer Girlfriends.

Blvck and White was located in the Mad Mile. I found it by the L Train tracks South East of the the Mad Mile's North Fast Travel Hideout.

Hi. Since it took me only 2 hours to get 2 songs from hacking i thought i'd share my approach.

After finishing the game almost completely i got 17/23 songs. It was quite frustrating, that 2 of these 6 were songs, which i need to hack from pedestrians. I would recommend to start this achievement based on the location as soon as possible, because you can also hack songs from pedestrians which you could aquire from stores.

So gatherd all other songs until i got 21/23. The last 2 were Dark Steering and the Blxck....

I went to the east side of the loop to the peer. Around the same height of the nearest fast traveling location there is a big house at the peer. If you stay in front of the building I walked to the left corner. Around 8am - 4pm there are a lot of people wandering and if you stand on this corner you see people in all directions. So i just stood there and went to youtube with my laptop and just pressed x when i saw the indications on my tv. I hacked just everbody (hacking, Cash, Objects, Crimes) just to be sure. it was quite frustrating at first, but only after 2 hours i got my 2 remaining songs. Maybe it was pure luck, but maybe it will help you as well.

The majority of the music can be found during natural play, by hacking civilians who are highlighted in blue with a musical note near them. (This can be optimized by purchasing the Profiler Optimization hacking skill, in the leftmost hack tree.) Similarly, if you venture into shops and use the SongSneak app (lowest tier of your phone), it will inform you if you have the song currently playing on the speaker. If you do not, it will acquire it.

DO NOT HACK SHOP SPEAKERS AS THIS CYCLES THE MUSIC TO YOUR PRE-OWNED PLAYLIST.

Alternatively, to those two organic methods, another viable SSneak app locale are the newsstands throughout Chicago. Most notably, as indicated in the video guide which I am currently utilizing, the ones at the Navy Pier Yard in Mad Mile district, are placed close together with four in quick succession. (This is the rightmost outcropping nearest the shell game.) Procure a vehicle and drive the rectangular path of the pier (in video) and you should come across the four. If they are playing a song you have, move to the next one, and by the time you circle back, a new song should be playing. AGAIN, USE THE APP AND NOT THE HACK ON THE SPEAKERS. There is also a stand in the park outside the pier.

If there is a discrepancy, let me know before you pass any judgement. Cheers.

I have found the song My My My, Jamie Lono in the bar at the stadium in the Parker Square district, it was after 5 songs so you might have to wait awhile for it to play. The other songs in the bar are:
Private Eye, Alkaline Trio
Gimme Danger (Remix), Iggy & The Stooges
Alarm Clocks, The Vindictives
The Good Life, Weezer
Dance, Mickey
My My My, Jamie Lono
They then go back to the first one again, if this is same for others then all places that play music should be the same for everyone meaning it will be easier to locate songs without having to walk the streets and hope to find it on a random pedestrian.

Also, for the video guide, you need to know that when you drive by (at least on a motorcycle) you can see which song is playing on a text bubble. I have noticed that one stand plays the same song over and over (different song each time I reload the game though). This is the 4th stand in the video. I have also noticed that the first two stands in the video often have the same song running (96% of the times after 1 hour of doing the rotation).

I gained all 23 songs via hacking and story progression i never even used the song sneak app. The blue square does highlight people with songs all the way too the last of the 23 which for me was the song by Chicago. My only tip to people struggling with this is go in high traffic areas such as the pier, park, mad mile etc. I did notice though that some news stands did always play the same song ever time i went past them.

For the three songs that can only be obtained via hacking individuals, do we know whether these are truly random or is there an area where people are more prone to be listening to one of the songs? I just found 'Ms. Crumby' in the Loop district off an individual who was sitting on a bench and I'm fairly certain I found 'Blvck and White' in Mad Mile. I only need Dark Steering now, but have had no luck; I looked up the song to find electronic roots, perhaps the location is near Parker Square or a place that houses tech industry folks?

I'm still looking for Ms. Crumby, but I can confirm that with 21/23 songs already collected, the person that was carrying the Blvck and White song WAS IN FACT highlighted in blue automatically.

I can confirm blvck and white is found around the stadium area in parker square. I just found it on a pedestrian on the north west corner, just to the right of the air phone game if you look on the map.

It's actually real close to the spot in the youtube vid of DoublyDoodads post. Took me 15 min to find it there. I've been hacking pads all over the map for over 5 hours with no luck. Just 15 min around the stadium, it seems to show up there for many ppl.

So try there if ur looking for it...

Just found Blvck and white and Ms. Crumby both in Parker Square! I just circled the stadium for about 10 minutes and found both after spending about 4 hours trying the loop method. I found Blvck and White blaring in a guys car and Ms. Crumby on a pedestrian, hope this helps seeing as how this is another confirm for Parker Squares stadium method!

im not super sure the songs spawn after you beat the game. I have been searching for 3 days straight now for about 4 hours or more each day and have found nothing. Has anyone found songs after beating the game or were all found while still having campaign missions to accomplish?

If you look on my video that I linked in here, you will see that I got it after the entire story was done. They just take a while. Some certain places have a higher spawn rate than others, but they are still fairly random (as random as something programmed can be, that is).

Just unlocked this achievement and wanted to note - had most difficulty finding Ms. Crumby. As it appears there is no specific location for it, so just run around the park in The Loop while it is light outside for more people to be around. When it's getting dark just go to nearest hideout and sleep till about 08:00. Got it from random dude on a bench. Took about 4 hours.

I managed to find Dark Steering and Ms. Crumby both at the pier in Mad Mile. I was walking around in a loop for about 30 minutes before Dark Steering showed up, and then it took about another 45 minutes of walking before Ms. Crumby showed up. I don't believe the locations are set for these two songs, but it's best to go to place with a concentrated group of pedestrians. Good luck. It can be done. Just listen to music and try not to go insane. :)

I got blvck and white around the south side of the stadium. I don't think I'll ever admit how long it took me to my significant other but yeah, through a camera I got it off someone. I was doing my circles on the sidewalk and would hit certain cameras to cover some extra ground.

@ExaltedEntity - While I didn't think about marking the location at the time, I do know that I obtained 'Ms Crumby' in the Loop. It was in one of those shopping squares and I was able to gather it from an individual sitting down.

@RellikGod - I found The Bottom in the Gun Shop located in the loop (it's near the south-west portion of the district; if you enter and it's not playing, stick around for a bit. There is only a three song loop and it will show up soon enough. Location: http://i.imgur.com/uc7Gu1T.jpg

You have to ACTIVELY PROFILE people. The blue diamond only indicates money and keys. In other words, you must walk about with your phone out, targeting people.

This ought to settle a few misconceptions up. Blvck and White did NOT highlight blue when I just found it near the baseball stadium in Parker Square. Maybe it's bugged, maybe it's because it was the last song, maybe it's just for this song, I don't know... Below is link to video evidence. Good luck to the rest of you.

If people are driven mad by one more of the hackable songs and willing to do anything to get it done already, i just restarted the story twice.
I always went in circles around the stadium in parker square as soon as i could hack songs which should be right after you went to your hideout for the first time and slept.
The first time i came up with only Dark Steering and Ms. Crumby and reached the 19/23 song mark. If you reach that with only 2 of the songs just restart because it is unlikely you will get all three by then. The second time i got all three at around 15/23 songs.
Hope this really works for other people as well.

that is very true i started a new game and found dark steering and ms crumby within my first 50 or so profiles (all found while in Parker Square outside the stadium mainly on the south end) and many more of the other needed songs. makes me mad i have to advance through the story so much now to get the cheevo.

Most songs can be found within the walk-in shops (except for the songs unlocked through the campain and the 3 songs that are only hackable) and using the song seek app on the phone to ID the song. This link shows which shops play which songs. http://www.ps4trophiesgaming.com/watch-dogs-2/disk-space-ful... .If the song you are looking for is not playing simply reload your last auto save and reenter which will play another song. repeat until you get the song you need.

The three songs that are hackable only are:
- Blvck And White (Feat. SRH)
- Dark Steering
- Ms. Crumby
Once you have the Campain and hackable songs the above method will save a whole lot of time.

Like the drinking game, timing is diff on all platforms, unless its been patched. I didn't need this guide but thank you for having the achievement before posting a guide. :)

Found my last 3 Songs in the shopping zones in mad mile in a Few minutes. Navigate to the clothes store and hack the people. Worked for me.

EDIT: Found it on the Navy Pier, 2 minutes or so after reloading the game. It's random, but these specific songs are less harder to find on crowded areas, and when reloading the area.

I have a solution for the 3 hacking only songs. I know from reading in various places people are having trouble with this.

1. Stop looking in your own game

2. Load up online, Free Roam.

3. Set a way point for somewhere in the loop, I chose the middle of the loop on the map.

4. You should find a song within a couple of minutes of scanning peds on the way to your way point target.

5. Quit Free Roam once you unlock 1 song.

6. Reload another session and do the same, I guarantee you will have all the songs you need in no time.

Just wanted to post a note on here about one of the songs that is hard to locate. I have read that multiple people are having a hard time with the location of Blvck and White (Feat. SRH).

The song only appears when it is during the day and sunny. It will not be there if it is overcast or raining. It is not always the same person but someone will have it around the coffee shop. It might take a time or two of looking but you will find it here.

I have been able to locate the song at the coffee shop in mad mile on two accounts and have read that others have also found it there. I will attach a video and picture as well.

I found Ms.Crumby at the big anchor east of the loop. I walked amongst the traffic just beside the big anchor and listened to the cars for music blaring. For black and white i stood outside the stadium entrance for about 5mins profiling peeps until some chick walked by with it. And for Dark steering some bald guy walked by me by the water side on the most northern side of mad mile on that path. Hope that helps guys. I know this drove me mad for ages.

Annoyingly I had to give up after spending hours looking for the pedestrian song Blvck and White.

Literally just that one song is the only thing between me and the Plat. Uber annoying.

I was having mega problems getting the last song I needed (Ms. Crumby). Tried all the suggested spots (Navy Pier, east side of the Loop) and the other suggestion of basically just cruising around everywhere - with no luck. However, following the most recent update, I started the game up today, travelled to the eastern hideout in the loop, went to a spot recommended in several videos and literally the first civilian I profiled with a decent reward (i.e. not just a regular bank account) had it. So if you'd given up hope, maybe install the update, and try again.

17 songs can be obtained by using the SongSneak App within a building that is playing the song. The playlist order is randomized every time you enter. If it's not the song you want, just reload your save. Do not press Square Button to change tracks. Doing this will only ever play a song you already have unlocked.

A song listed with a star ( * ) next to it's name is needed for the trophy.

To all of you, having problem with three pedestrian songs:

– Blvck And White (Feat. SRH)
– Dark Steering
– Ms. Crumby

This achievement is actually very easy and requires patience. There's no specific place and there's no specific person that has this song - it's all random!

All you have to do is walk around and scan everyone that has that blue square and eventually you'll see an NPC with the song you need. Don't change the place and just walk around in some populated area - be patient! After you get a song, teleport to any another hideout and look for other songs. Took me around 2 hours to get all three of them in the The Loop Island.

Location - Mad Mile, top right corner there is a fast travel point. Just keep walking around the pier from the northern point (betting game), scan people also there is 4 news agents you can scan with the app on phone (bottom right app) one of the stall is when you walk down the south side take the steps down. Just keep doing this loop im get a song every 20-30mins (ctos scanner needs to be done for fast travel or drive there).

Is most annoying trophy, you should find civilians with songs in "The Loop" also at north end of Mad Mile. here is photo where I found songs https://imgur.com/RTqL8D9 I found one near chess icon
(this one under cup game icon). You can also try "reload" map just fast travel to pawnee or other district and back again to "The Loop"
3 songs will be unlocked after complete missions:
Act 2, Mission 11 – C.R.E.A.M.
Act 3, Mission 7 – Jesus Built My Hot Rod
Act 4, Mission 4 – Conduction (Santiago & Bushido Remix)
I recommend NOT complete full game because after complete game songs will appear rarley than before complete.
