I found this mission the easiest to grind. It takes a little over a minute and the start marker is right where you escape. I was able to run it 17 times before it went away in the morning hours. Just use a grenade or grenade launcher to the side of the box and run back to your car! Other destroy objectives are easy to complete for this as well if it goes away.

These missions will appear when you finish Act 1-2 Fading Signal. Simply complete 20 of these contracts, alone or while in co-op, and you'll get the achivement. They don't have to be different ones you can do the same one 20 times.

HEADS UP.
This happened to me last weekend i put the achievement tracker as i played the contracts and i noticed that if i die and complete the contract it will not count, it happened with every contract. I was playing on Realistic.
Forgot to mention, to actually get it to count i just restart the contract on the pause menu.
