How to unlock the Sanity Check achievement in WATCH_DOGS - Definitive Guide

There are eight Burner Phones that you can find, you get the first one (1) when the Game starts (can't be missed). (2-5) can be found if you unlock all ctOS Towers. But (6-8) are only shown on the Map if you reached Act 3, but you can go there and get them anyway

Unlock: After you collected the 7th recording you unlock the Vespid LE Car

Damn, this achievement is bugged for me says 8/8 but achievement is on 87% guess i have to replay

There are a total of 8 Burner Phones to collect in Watch Dogs, they can be revealed on the map if you have unlocked the ctOS towers. You then must go to the locations and scan the phones to collect them.

I've completed the main story and have managed to collect to collect 7/8 burner phones that I need for the achievement. I know where the last one I need is, but for some reason I can't interact with the phone and collect it to get the achievement.
