I can confirm that this can be done in a private session and you can replay the same mission 10 times over if you choose to as well.

This achievement sucks. I keep getting randoms that don't move. I can finish the mission but they stay in the circle and get mad if I run them over to get their attention. pfft

Got this achievement. I don't know if it's a wide spread problem or it's just me, but my friend kept inviting me to his coop game and it was saying game session no longer available. The servers are just a pain. You have to keep trying to connect and eventually you'll get connected.

Holy crap, why do none of these people just ask the 100 other people that already asked for help before they did.

Just set up a TA session, this is not what the comments are for.

For anyone wanting to do this quickly given the dodgy servers at the moment, the quickest one I found was the Militia event west of the Madison/Wabash L Train station. From the mission start across the road is an alleyway with concrete pylons at the front. Drive to the end of the alley, and while one player turns the car around, the other player climbs the dumpster to the left over the fence, then towards the alley on the left. Cover at the end of the building and aim down the alley at the big white propane tanks. Shoot it once and it will blow the ‘target’, climb back over fence and hop in the getaway car and drive out the alley and to the east to clear the area. Turn the car around and head back to the mission start, and rinse and repeat for the remaining 9 wins.

I just did this and it was aweful. We encountered about 25 disconnects until we got the 10 missions done. After each disconnect we had to take turns inviting the other player.
