How to unlock the Electric Explosion achievement in Watchmen The End is Nigh Part 2 - Definitive Guide

Since i was having trouble finding the specific place, let me tell you how i got this achievement. in chapter 2, right after you use the hook gun for the first time, after you get with roshchar. you will pass through a street with a bunch of bad dudes and if your keep running 6 more come from behind the fence, draw them all together then give them a shoking salute. hope this help

The only location that I found with 14 people was near the end of chapter 2, there should be a bit where about 8 guys attack you and there are another 6 or so further ahead near a co-op opened gate (and it is just before the finale with the fight and chopper). Simply get their attention, go to the other group and fry em'.

If you play the game single player just let your charge stay full untill you count 14 guys around you then let go by hitting (LT) .You shouldn't die if you time your counter moves becuase they wont kill the guys around you but you will engage with them to bring the group closer to you. Some guys just stand there untill you go near them.
