East way,, leavel 3, when your on the roof just after you fight the group of guy, there is a ladder to clim, use rage and clim up and down 10 to 12 time to be safe and there it is, when the rage rubs out

Once your rage meter gets full (Rorshach's equivalent to Nite Owl's Electricity meter) you'll press LB, and Rorshach will yell. This will make Rorshach faster and stronger. While in rage mode I advise using weak attacks (X) rather than strong attacks, because you can easily kill enemies with them. Weak attacks will set you up to do finishers more often, and by doing finishers, your rage meter will last a few seconds longer. Do a few finishers while in rage mode and you should have enough rage to make it last for 60 seconds. It is a lot easier than it sounds.

This achievement would require a full upgraded Rorscach so I'd suggest going in on 2 player co-op, have your friend block all the time and use rorscach's finishing moves when possible. This is essential as they take time to perform and will also entend the rage bar a fair amount. If you're having trouble try and wait untill the end of the game on the roof where you have to fight about 10+ of the larger enemies.
