Since this is three chapters long I will focus on the final boss.
The final boss is the twilight lady and the way i killed her is by using heavy attacks and backing away,letting nite owl take a few hits, and healing. After that you will have to fight your teammate (rorschach or nite owl) which is fairly easy just treat him like a regular enemy.
