Way of the Hunter

This is fairly easy when set on the easiest difficulty. It just takes a lot of time (like anything in the game) but patience is the key to getting close enough. Make sure you utilize your calls to bring in the animals, rather than trying to move closer towards them. Try to go for heart shots, but headshots also can work well on some animals. The birds seem like they’d be the hardest, but if you pay close attention you can sometimes walk within 20 yards of them without them flying away, making them the easiest targets to take with the bow.

I think this can’t be done with crossbows but I’m not 100% positive on that.

No tips for which now to use but pick a good sight that you can accurately shoot with. Try them out at a target range (idk if tikamoon has one but Nez Perce has one) and try to hone your skills. I preferred the ZoomXD Triumph as it seemed to more accurately predict where the arrow would go. The red dot seemed incredibly inaccurate but my dad (who also plays this game) does better with it, so it all depends. The right scope makes a large difference when you’re trying to kill an animal, especially if it’s a lion running towards you, which is how I managed to kill the lion with a beautifully placed headshot.

Just play the easiest difficulty, be patient and do your best to get the animal to come to you. 20 yards seemed to be the distance I could get to most animals, and overall this achievement is easy
