Perks are under the CHARACTER tab of the pause menu. All 40 are pretty self explanatory. Some tricks for some as of 8/20/22:
Shotgun seems to just grown with the rest. It’s even with progress and I have not used it.
Hiker: There is an exploit: Jump off a cliff and get the screen saying you are unconscious. Hold A to skip. It will load you at your cabin. Immediately fast travel to the Northern most (slightly west of your cabin) campsite. You should spawn in falling through the map. Stand, crouch, or go prone as soon as you load in. It adds a few Kilometers to your “travel”. It only works a couple times before it crashes your game. Just load it up and repeat until all 3 positions are done. I personally did it 6x for crouch and prone to finish.
Outdoorsman: Just skill animals that are calm and approach them with the arrow facing your direction. Use hunter sense to push X on everything lit up. As for taxidermy, do all missions and taxidermy a lot of animals. You have to taxidermy and pay for each display in your cabin.
Strategist: The calls have 3 tiers. It’s stupid and annoying. So pay attention to what they initially do. Don’t only use the deer call and kill does because you can mess up populations by killing only one sex. Mix up the calls and locations and you get them quickly.

Yep, I can confirm this is true. I wasn't expecting it, but mine just popped on 31 perks.

After all those bad errors ingame, finally a "good" bug lol

In the Tikamoon Plains DLC, in the North-West corner of the map, you'll find Helmeted Guinea Fowls.

Crouch, get as close possible and aim your shotgun in the middle of their rib cage. You'll get a heartshot pretty much every time.
For stands, simply play on the Aurora map and go stand-to-stand. You'll get it in no time!
