As the title suggests this is for learning all of the skills of the Dual Sword style (Not to be mistaken for Ninja Dual sword). The easiest method to do this would be to head to the posting station and buy the scrolls from the merchant who doesn't sell accessories. This merchant also sells a weapon safe per visit as well as scrolls for your bare handed and Ninja Dual Sword masteries. Also in order to save yourself a ton of yen just kill the merchant after your purchase to get all of that yen you just spent back.
