In order to get this you will need 2000 yen, just go to the Posting Station and buy one from the guy selling items and the achievement will pop once you purchase.
Grummy
This is required for storing the swords you find during the game. It can be bought from a merchant at posting station. You will also earn a fair few of these whilst farming Samurai points. See Legendary Samurai for details.
