During Act 2, after picking up the Chronobomb and using it to slow time in order to drop through the fan, you'll be in a circular incinerator room with a lava hole in the center.
You will then be ambushed by about 12 robots. Press
to push these robots into the smelter in the center, using the Chronobomb to slow time if you get swarmed.
You can also run around in circles until they fall in the lava themselves.
After 7 fall into the smelter the achievement will unlock.

FYI, you don’t actually have to push them. I have about 10% health with nothing to take so I just kept running in a circle and 7 of them fell in from standing too close to the edge. Never pushed a single one and the ach unlocked.

This is long and far after you pick up the Curious Device.
The smelter is immediately after you pick up the Chronobomb.

In Act 2, during the mission 'Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep', immediately after collecting the lore note "Inquiry", the story will drop you down past a fan and through the incinerator room. In the center of the room is a fiery pit.
As the robots charge at you, click down 
to push them away, aiming to push them into the fiery pit. If you start to get swarmed, the time stopping device is quite helpful.
