The video guide below shows how to do this very well. However, there are a couple of things not apparent in the video that would be helpful to know. First, this is a timed event--if you have not killed 8 robots by then you will not unlock the achievement. In that case it is best to simply restart the game right away and do it over, otherwise you may want to wait until the end of the game to try again. Second, your weapon has two firing modes-rapid shot or charged blast (hold down trigger), plus by hitting right bumper, it changes to a melee weapon (not recommended here). Lastly, try to get headshots--you will need 100 of them for another achievement.

I just want to add to make sure you keep shooting as the screen fades to black because those kills will count.

Also I recommend sticking with rapid fire headshots because the charged shots tend to knock down robots, making them harder to aim at. Not to mention they waste alot of time.

The "Intro" is only a few seconds long, but luckily it's the first few seconds of the game, so if you miss this achievement, there's no problem, you can clean it up on a second playthrough.

As the game opens, you'll have a Ray Gun and see a town square full of robots attacking villagers. Shoot the gun aiming for the Robots' red eye. Once they notice you, they will swarm around you. If any of them touch you, the screen will start to fade to black, and the intro will be complete.

For the achievement you just have to kill 8 robots before the screen goes to black. If they touch you and the screen starts fading, you can still keep shooting.
