After taking the lift up to the dancers room,enter & a bit of dialogue will follow.Just make sure to remove Nick Lightbearers outfit in your inventory before approaching the pole to dance.After the naked dance the achievement is yours.

Just a friendly warning, do this before exploring around the room too much. If you attempt to go behind the stage they will starting fighting you and will miss this achievement. If you're lucky you might can quit to main menu but mine saved immediately meaning I have to play through again to get it. Good luck everyone!

This trophy is missable.
As part of the story you take an elevator up to the next hotel floor to look for a piano tuner. Once you enter the room a small scene will start with some dialogue. You then have to pole dance. Before you approach the pole go into your inventory and remove your outfit. Proceed to the pole and once you finish the trophy will unlock.
Be aware that if you explore the room a bit too much, like exploring behind the stage you may cause the NPCs to become hostile and miss this trophy. It may have been unique to me, but I had to replay to this point again in order to attempt it again.
