A good place to do this is in the pole dancers apartment. After your "act", run to the hallway behind the stage. The 4 or 5 women will follow you, and the records will bounce off them and the walls. You can just run in a circle through the apartment until you unlock the cheeve.

You unlock the ability to throw gold records during the main story mission as you progress through your old home/now museum.
There are a few spots in the game that are ideal for this:
- After pole dancing lead the 4 NPCs behind the stage. Use the walls for ricochets as well. If you fail and die, your checkpoint puts you back right after you stopped dancing.
- When you meet the other Nick look-a-likes they still attack you. Lure them backstage towards the dressing room. The hallway is narrow and good for ricochet hits too.
- As part of the story you head to the roof of the hotel. You get attacked by 4-5 NPCs. Lure them to the back left corner of the roof (left if you’re facing the stage).
It takes multiple record hits to defeat a NPC, so you can launch more than one at once to make the attempts go faster.
