He has 2 tasks for you to complete:
As Large As Possible - meet 40cm’s in 6 mins.
This stage opens up more areas when you hit 20cm’s for you to grow in size.
As Fast As Possible - meet 50cm’s. No time limit.
These both can be completed as soon as Lazybones shows up.
Once they’re both complete the achievement should pop!
