I had completed Mini Sumo and Paper Crane was available after. He can be found alongside Lazybones.
He has just one task for you to complete:
A Thousand Cranes - time limit 5 mins.
Collect as many cranes as you can. I got 741 and it counted as a pass.
There is a Crane roaming the hallway with a Present and a cousin within the bathroom located at the end of the hallway in this level.
