He has 2 tasks:
As Big As Possible - meet the size within the time limit. 80cm’s in 6 mins.
Talk to Float Boy again immediately after to start the next task.
As Fast As Possible - meet the size requirement as quickly as you can. 60cm’s with no time limit.
There are hazards in the level presented as Fish Hooks which will take you out of the water if caught. You won’t get a game over but it can lose you some time.
